Our highly skilled project management team is dedicated to consistently delivering complete client satisfaction.

We adopt a distinctive approach that recognizes the individual requirements of each yacht. Throughout the refit process, we maintain close collaboration with the captain, crew, and manager to meticulously plan and oversee every facet of the refit.

Our daily planning meetings provide us with ongoing opportunities to strategize, evaluate progress, and offer valuable guidance to clients. Focused on the project’s technical advancement, this approach enables us to innovate and develop new technical solutions that align with the client’s desires.



The project was perfectly monitored by Nautech, from the arrival to the departure of the vessel, by providing us with a dedicated project manager who was 100% involved with Queen Aida.
